Welcome to another editon of DECK THE HALLS FRIDAY!  I know that it is crazy to be thinking about ordering Christmas decorations in July (I did have 2 Valentine orders this week, go figure) but you won't want to wait too long to get this year's Penny McAllister collection.  The pieces are quite limited from the manufacturer and the passing of Penny earlier this year and due to the extreme cuteness of this years collection they will be hard to find.
