It was a LONG weekend but we did it! There will be more items in the shop later this week.

Special thanks to my hubby for making this site happen. He worked hard all week, got home late, and after the little ones went to bed he worked on getting this done for me. He is my technical guru and put up with reguests like, "honey, can we move that page down a tiny bit and can we put that here instead". I LOVE YOU!

I should be working on my website but instead it is 1:15 am and I am watching Steel Magnolias for the millionth time (I think I could recite the entire movie...), playing around with Facebook and catching up on all of my blog reading.

Officially my eBay store will close September 25th to get ready for the big website launch next weekend.

NO NAP TODAY & A PROJECT

This weekend while the little ones ate their breakfast (frozen waffles) I was inspired to make a cute little witch hat for a rabbit I am going to put above my kitchen cabinets along with my Nicol Sayre Halloween pieces. I had an empty waffle box, black crepe paper, mod podge, and black glitter lying around my kitchen, don't we all have those things in the kitchen... Ta da instant Halloween. I will show pics of my decorated cabinets as soon as I can get hubby to move the ladder, 12 foot ceilings are great in theory but not very practical!

AHHH! The girls are refusing to take a nap today, calgon take me away.....

UPDATE: I gave in at 4:00 and let the girls out of their room it is now 4:25 and I just found them...

What a nice surprise when I got up this morning and saw that the fantastic Andrea over at FADED PLAINS mentioned me in her blog this morning! I am truly honored that she thought her readers might like my shop. While unpacking my fall decorations I came across 2 great retired pieces from Bethany Lowe Designs. About six years ago I was working in an adorable little shop where I also rented space to sell my own goods and fell in LOVE with Bethany Lowe Designs. Second is BOY IN DEVIL COSTUME. So cute! I just love his sweet face and his pumpkin wagon.

PROBLEM SOLVED! With a little detective work I discovered that when I updated my settings last week I selected to use the UPDATED EDITOR. It worked fine over the weekend but now it is not allowing me to select the COMPOSE tab when using the Post Editor. I went back and selected OLD EDITOR and everything is back to normal...

What a surprise this morning when I saw that Andrea over at FADED PLAINS http://www.fadedplains.blogspot.com/ featured my store on her blog! Thank you!

I had a post for today with photos and links but for some reason I am unable to do anything this morning except type. Has anyone experienced this? How frustrating!
